ISIS is cooperating with Bulgarian NGOs, research centres, academic organisations, universities and military educational institutions in the field of national security and foreign policy. ISIS and its individual associates continued the working relationships with the Commission for Foreign Policy of the Bulgarian Parliament, the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.
ISIS has lended again a helping hand to young researchers: PhD holders, writers of dissertations, MAs, students in their last courses. The purpose is to stimulate their creative interest in security and international studies and bridge them with the potential of Internet, especially with the ISN and the EINIRAS.
ISIS organized seven seminars on civil-military relations with students, cadets, high-ranking officers and journalists as part of a Phare Democracy/ISIS Project.
International networking is a highly valued asset by ISIS. We are grateful to our foreign and international partners for their understanding, support and cooperation. ISIS, on its part, preserves an adequate national academic competence so much needed for cooperation on security and foreign-political issues.
ISIS is mostly grateful for its infrastructural building-up to:
